to be difficult for smaller companies without database managers to use
in a meaningful way.

powerful applications for CRM which can be customized for individual
company process needs. We find this the ideal platform for small and
medium sized companies that want the power of their bigger competitors,
yet it is affordable for companies as small as four or five employees.
